Next generation sequencing of MicroRNAs from isogenic neuroblastoma cell lines isolated before and after treatment

• RNAseq of neuroblastoma cell lines isolated pre- and post treatment• Identified 42 differentially expressed miRNAs• 8 miRNAs were upregulated and 34 downregulated• 65% of the downregulated miRNAs are encoded by the 14q32 miRNA clusters• Reduced expression of 14q32 miRNAs in tumors is associated with poor prognosis factors• IPA reveals functions and pathways associated with cancer progression and drug resistance
