Abstract
We report an interesting case of lacrimal gland diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in a 54 year old male who presented with 4 week history of progressively worsening eye swelling. The diagnosis was confirmed with orbital biopsy and the patient was started on chemotherapy with improvement in the eye swelling.
