Intermittent head drops are episodic and usually brief (lasting seconds) head flexion movements occurring in a wide spectrum of conditions, including epileptic syndromes and movement and sleep disorders [1]. Here, we report episodes of intermittent head drops with similar clinical features but different neurophysiological correlates occurring in two patients with two different diseases.
