Risk factors for recurrence of facial basal cell carcinoma after surgical excision – A follow up analysis

Several tumour features and surgical factors have been implicated in an increased risk of BCC recurrence after excision, however limited data exists on facial lesions specifically. This study sought to evaluate facial BCC risk factors further, which may influence future treatment and follow-up regimes.
