Orthotopic liver transplantation is the preferred treatment for end stage liver disease. Imaging plays an important role in the follow up of transplant recipients by identifying a variety of complications. Post-transplant liver imaging can be challenging with altered vascular and non-vascular post-operative findings closely mimicking pathologies. We focus on such imaging findings and provide tips to avoid misinterpretation.
