Improving risk adjustment in the PRAiS (Partial Risk Adjustment in Surgery) model for mortality after paediatric cardiac surgery and improving public understanding of its use in monitoring outcomes.
The PRAiS risk model has been updated and validated and is now in national use, while a public website to explain its use in monitoring survival after children's heart surgery was developed and launched.
