Rhinoplasty is one of the most craft-worthy procedures in plastics surgery. It requires precise symmetry to ensure a satisfactory surgical outcome. Here we introduce a simple, economical yet efficient method designed to enhance and perfect autologous rib graft symmetry for nasal implants.
