Abstract

Mastocytosis is classified by the World-Health-Organisation (WHO)¹ as cutaneous-mastocytosis (CM) and systemic-mastocytosis (SM). CM is subdivided into maculopapular (MPCM), diffuse-CM and mastocytomas. SM is subdivided into indolent (ISM), with-an-associated-haematologic-neoplasm (SM-AHN)², aggressive (ASM) and mast-cell-leukemia (MCL).
