There is still time to submit to our ‘Single-Cell Omics’ Special Issue

Genome Biology  Impact Factor
Submit a Manuscript Editorial Board Author Instructions Article Alerts

Dear Colleague,

With only a month to go until close of submissions, we would like to remind you that Genome Biology is accepting submissions for a special issue on Single-Cell Omics which is planned for the first half of 2016. The special issue, guest edited by Sten Linnarsson and Sarah Teichmann, will also include commissioned Reviews and Opinions on timely topics, written by leaders in the field.

Single-Cell Omics
Single-Cell Omics Advances in single-cell approaches are now enabling us to study differences between individual cells, cell types and subpopulations, at the level of the genome, transcriptome and epigenome. Single-cell technologies are being used to study diverse areas of biology and disease, such as development, microbial population composition, and cancer evolution. For more information visit our website.

We will consider Research, Method, and Software manuscripts using single-cell approaches or advancing the underlying technologies, including but not limited to:

- Uses of single-cell approaches to study all areas of biology
- Disease-related applications of single-cell approaches
- Advances in single-cell technologies for studying genomes, transcriptomes and epigenomes
- Methods for analyzing single-cell data

Don't miss out - deadline for submissions is 31st December 2015

Please use the online submission system, and indicate in your covering letter that you would like the manuscript to be considered for the 'Single-Cell Omics' special issue. If you would like to inquire about the suitability of a manuscript for consideration, please email a pre-submission inquiry to editorial@genomebiology.com.

Kind regards,

Barbara Cheifet
