Narcolepsy is a primary disease of the central nervous system that has a noteworthy interaction with the immunologic system, environment, and genetic factors.1 Some comorbidities that are common in narcolepsy are homeostasis abnormalities, olfactory dysfunction, and mainly obesity2,3; however, the relationship between narcolepsy and these comorbities (such as obesity), is not completely understood.4
