Calvarial Mass Confused With Trichilemmal Cyst: Hepatocellular Cancer Metastasis

Abstract: The hepatocellular cancer calvarial metastasis is a rare condition that commonly presents cranial swelling. Therefore, calvarial swelling may confuse with frequent lesions of the scalp. The authors' patient was operated as trichilemmal cyst. But, intracranial extension was seen in operation. Calvarial metastasis of hepatocellular cancer was observed by examination of the patient.
