Comment on: mucosal and lacrimal flaps for endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy: a systematic review

We have read the article by Green et al.¹ with great interest, given the results from their review, the recommendation of performing a mucosal sparing technique when performing dacryocystorhinostomy seems logical. However, based on our experience we would like to make some comments on this subject.
