Firm Elevation of Reconstructed Auricle Using Polydactyly Digit in Microtia.

Total ear reconstruction for microtia is usually accomplished in 2 stages which is known as Nagata technique. After framework fabrication and implantation, the elevation procedure is required as a second step surgery.
