An infusion reaction is an adverse event that could occur due to monoclonal antibodies administration and requires prompt diagnosis and treatment. In this article, we report on a case of stage IV malignant melanoma treated with nivolumab, in which a severe infusion reaction occurred, manifesting as flushing and hypotension followed by bronchospasm.
