Midtreatment PET/CT-Adapted Radiation Therapy With Concurrent Chemotherapy

This clinical trial examines whether adaptive radiation therapy can target high-dose radiation to the ¹⁸F-fludeoxyglucose (FDG)-avid tumor on midtreatment FDG–positron emission tomography with computed tomography to improve local tumor control of locally advanced non–small-cell lung cancer.
