Abstract
Office‐based laryngeal injections are becoming established as a viable, and indeed, in many laryngology units, as the standard of care for delivering a range of therapeutic substances including fillers, corticosteroids, and botulinum toxin to the larynx. Vocal augmentation through injection laryngoplasty can be life‐saving when used to improve airway protection in selected patients with dysphagia and aspiration, and life‐transforming when used to restore voice in palliative patients with vocal palsy.
