Cleaved high-molecular weight kininogen (cHK) in plasma is a biomarker for bradykinin formation. We developed an immuno-assay to detect cHK in plasma. cHK plasma levels are increased in asymptomatic C1-INH-HAE patients, and increase further during angioedema attacks.http://ift.tt/2wfjvKj
